Are you in need of a refresher course or need help preparing for a professional written certification exam such as the Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) or the Environmental Professional Intern (EPI)? Then the Environmental Practices Review (EPR) Course, offered at the annual A&WMA conference, is at your service.
The EPR is a one or two-day live development course for review of information pertinent to environmental engineering and science. Topics reviewed range from core scientific and technological factors applicable to environmental systems and pollution control to specific applications in air pollution, water pollution, solid and hazardous waste and environmental management.
The EPR course is broken down into two sections; 1) a general environmental science section (one-day) and, 2) a performance practice section (one-day) on either air quality; water quality; environmental science, management, and policy; or waste management.The courses are offered through the Air & Waste Management Association and are listed under the GEN-100 course headings.
There are also valuable materials available on the A&WMA website, including archieved course materials and interactive quizzes.
