2008 Annual Renewal Dues

You should receive your 2008 QEP and EPI Certification and Renewal Fee notice by September 30. If you do not
receive a notice, please contact us at 412-396-1703 or email us at ipep@duq.edu. A receipt will be issued via email once your payment has been processed.
Please be sure to review, update and return the Data Verification Form enclosed with your Renewal Fee notice. Please return the forms to the IPEP office via postal mail, email ipep@duq.edu or fax (412) 396-1704.
Recruitment Benefits Reminder: There is a $25 reduction in dues for every recommended QEP applicant and a reduction of $15 for every recommended EPI applicant.
